• View and edit order details
• Produce packing lists and invoices to fulfil the orders
• Maintain a payment histroy for each order
• Create and send emails informing customers when their order has shipped
• Back ordering facility to manage out of stock products
• Manage the email history of an order
• Track buying patterns with a set of sales analysis reports
• Export orders as a set of comma-separated (CSV) spreadsheet files
