Actinic Order Manager

Actinic Order Manager is a self-contained order download and fulfilment application for merchants who wish to control their order processing but prefer to leave the site maintenance with their designer. PC based with a Windows style user interface and comprehensive on-screen help, Actinic Order manager is an easy to use order processing solution.

Actinic Order Manager Features

Simple Set-Up

  • Import a store snapshot file that has been exported from Actinic Developer
  • Single purchase license per Actinic store

Order Processing

  • Retrieve and decrypt orders from an Actinic store
  • View and edit order details
  • Produce packing lists and invoices to fulfil the orders
  • Maintain a payment histroy for each order
  • Create and send emails informing customers when their order has shipped
  • Back ordering facility to manage out of stock products
  • Manage the email history of an order
  • Track buying patterns with a set of sales analysis reports
  • Export orders as a set of comma-separated (CSV) spreadsheet files
