Our spam filtering effectively captures 95% of general spam greatly reducing the frustration of identifying genuine emails and reinstating its value.

We utilise the very latest spam detection software running heuristic tests on mail headers and body text to identify "spam" then quarantine the message into a "Bulk Mail" folder. This stops them from entering your inbox, but without deleting the message, so you can still review this mail at a later date using either the webmail interface or IMAP. Spam is retained in the Bulk Mail folder for a seven day period after which it is deleted automatically.

Our spam detection software uses both wide local and network tests to identify spam signatures. This makes it harder for spammers to identify one aspect which they can craft their messages to work around.

Messages are "rated" as to identify the possibility they are spam. The software runs tests on the message; if it fails the test it is given a score. The score is totalled and then the message either classified as spam or not.

Spam filtering is supplied per domain and effectively provides for a "1st class spam free email service"

The price of this service is £10 per month per domain or £100 per domain per annum.
