Who is the technical support person?
Rob Mather. He is a web designer and is the first point of
contact for technical support queries.
What do I do if technical support aren't helping?
If your problem is not solved correctly first time then please contact technical support again.
Please give technical support 48 hours to get back to you with an answer.
Most problems can be sorted out in the same day.

How long should I expect to wait for an answer?
Most problems can be sorted out in the same day but please allow
48 hours in the case of less trivial problems.
In rare cases there might be a backlog of support issues in
which case we will address the most severe problems first.
If we have given you an account on YeSL ClientSection (http://yesl.clientsection.com)
then please log your support query there as a Message or create a Todo for
Your e Solutions. It is always best to follow
up a telephone call with an email describing your problem as
all members of our support team are developers so they might be hard
at work when you call.
Who are Hotchilli?
Hotchilli are one of our Internet Service Providers. They look after
our London-based web servers around the clock.
Who are 123connect?
123connect are another of
our Internet Service Providers. They look after some more of
our London-based web servers around the clock.

E-mail Frequently Asked Questions
What is Webmail?
Webmail is a way to send and receive e-mail from any computer connected to
the Internet by using a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
You should feel right at home if you are a Hotmail user.
Webmail allows you to access your email from anywhere. However, backups
are not guaranteed on the mailservers and as such we do not recommend
storing important emails online.

Where can I add/remove/edit my mailboxes?
For 123connect hosting, please contact us to edit mailboxes.
For Hotchilli hosting: http://webadmin.hotchilli.net:4718
Please use "registry mailbox" when adding mailboxes.
If you are accessing this page from behind a firewall you will need to make sure that http port 4718 is open.
How do I set up Outlook to send/receive e-mail?
These instructions are for Outlook 2000, but other versions of Outlook are similar
- Choose Accounts from the Tools menu
- Press Add and choose Mail
- For Display Name, type in the name you would like others to see when they receive your e-mail
- Press Next
- Type in your e-mail address - this could be catchall@[yoursitehere.com] or yourname@[yoursitehere.com]. If you are unsure what it is, check with us or the person who set up your e-mail accounts

- Hotchilli: For the POP3 server enter pop.hotchilli.net
- 123connect: For the POP3 server enter mail.[yoursitehere.com]
- For the SMTP server enter smtp.hotchilli.net*

- Hotchilli: For the account name, type in the whole e-mail address. For example, mine would be ianf@yesl.co.uk
- 123connect: For the account name, type in the first part of your e-mail address. For example, mine would be ianf
- If you don't yet know your password, ask the person who set up your account to tell you. It may be somebody at Your e Solutions; if so, contact us. Type it here.
- Choose the appropriate connection setting. If you are unsure, select I will establish my connection manually
- Click Finish
- Click Send/Receive in the toolbar at the top to check your mail. If you get an error, check your settings again. If the problem continues, contact Your e Solutions support.
* If you are not using our dial up service to connect to the Internet you will have
to use the SMTP server of the ISP you are dialling into. The easiest way to find this
out is by looking at the settings for your existing email account and copying the
SMTP server name and pasting it later. If you get relaying denied messages
after this then you will have to a) use webmail or b) use our dialup.
How do I set a signature in Outlook?
- Select Tools->Options from the main menu
- Find signature tab (above 'general' tab)
- Click New to add a signature
- Click Rename if you wish to rename otherwise it can be left as it is
- Type signature into the bottom big white rectangle box and repeat for as many signatures as you want
- Click OK when finished

Which browsers do you design for?
We design your site to look good in Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, Opera 9 and Safari 2.
In most cases your site will degrade so it is accessible in older browsers although it may not
look as fancy.
We can design your site to work with other browsers but this will incur a fee.
What screen resolution do you design for?
Your site is designed to fit within an 800 by 600 screen resolution.
Secure Server Questions
Whose certificates do you sell?
We resell discounted secure certificates for Thawte and GeoTrust.
Can you use a certificate from X?
Unfortunately we cannot use certificates from other authorities with our servers.
